cancellation policy date, so there's no need for you to worry, book your reservation

Here are some of the guidelines:
- You must have already booked your prepaid reservation.
- The reservation cannot be for a non-discounted property.
- The lower rate must be for the same dates, same hotel, the same room type, and must
be available for booking.
- Our "Best Rate Guarantee" form has to be
filled out online and submitted prior to the property’s cancellation deadline (each
property’s policy is different).
- It does not apply to special events such as New Year's, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras,
JazzFest, etc.
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, by email.
If we verify your claim, credit will be issued directly
to the credit card provided at the time of booking. It may take up to 30 days or
the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
